Our mission: To connect residents of Colorado manufactured home parks into an empowered, mutually supportive coalition; provide a HUB for networking with people, organizations, and resources; and help enable action for addressing common interests and concerns.
Over the past number of years, we have been very active in educating MH owners and the public, speaking with state and local governments and legislators. and more. As a result, and the combined efforts of hundreds of others, new laws and programs have passed the Colorado State Legislature that protect manufactured home owners and tenants. You can find out more about them and how they impact you HERE.
Now More Than Ever...
The economic shock of the Covid-19 Crisis continues, and highlights the need for state lawmakers to protect our Manufactured Home Communities, and for that matter, to preserve all of Colorado's affordable housing.
2019 saw historic positive change for MH Resident Rights in the form of the new Mobile Home Park Oversight Program and the new Dispute Resolution and Enforcement Program (DREP).
In 2020, a large number of additional protections critical to MH owners' security and well-being have passed, and two more bills are coming in 2022. SIGN UP for our Updates and Action Alerts. This is the best way for us to communicate with you, inform you of recent legislation, programs, and events, and let you know what you can do.
