Who we are...
Created by MH residents for MH residents, The Colorado Coalition of Manufactured Home Owners (CoCoMHO) was founded in 2017 to provide yearly forums, resources, and other ways of helping MH residents address a wide range of their concerns, including the increasingly worsening situations that some MH residents face across the state.
Our Mission: To connect residents of Colorado manufactured home parks into an empowered, mutually supportive coalition; provide a HUB for networking with people, organizations, and resources; and help enable action for addressing common interests and concerns.
Strength in Numbers
We get it. The imbalance of power between land owner and home owner in many Colorado land-lease parks has spiraled out of control. We found that by joining together, and allying ourselves with like-minded organizations and elected officials, we could better protect ourselves. The result — in only two years time we, alongside many others, have successfully gotten key Resident Protection Amendments added to the state law, paved the way for city and county governments to enact local ordinances protecting MHP residents, and witnessed the creation of Colorado's first-ever, state administered program to protect MHP resident rights throughout Colorado. There really is strength in numbers!!
